Alida louise sandvold

Norwegian rider and trainer Alida Louise Sandvold runs her own horse business while working 60% for another company. In the stable where she is based, she rents out boxes for boarders, has horses in training for clients and teaches riders on various levels. The stable has 25 horses, where 18 are boarders. Having so many things to organize on a daily basis, Louise is dependent on a system that works for her and her students and boarders. The 18 boarders are all connected to Mosson Stable, as well as parents and other involved people in the stable.

Overview of arena times

The stable uses Mosson Stable to organize everything going on in the different arenas. Dressage trainings as well as jumping trainings and organized events are planned in their Mosson Stable app. All the boarders contribute by adding their plans.

If clients are coming to try a horse, it is written in their app, so people can see when the arenas are free or when it might not be a good time to longe that fresh horse.

Overview of visits to the stable

All the boarders at the stable normally add their appointments with farriers and vets in the app. That way anyone can see when there is a farrier or a vet coming. If a horse has lost a shoe, the owner no longer must go around asking when someone has planned to have their farrier coming again.

History of each horse

«Now that we have used the app for a while, I realize all the data and history of the horses is saved in one place. When the horse got the last deworming, which type it was, how many weeks there has been since last shoeing, I no longer need to remember all these things. After each training of the horses I have in training, I write a little note for the owner how it went. Additionally, there will eventually build up a log on each horse with details about the training sessions. That way we can keep all this in one place and communicate about other things on messages.” Says Louise

Mosson Stable gives the owners and boarders value

Mosson Stable gives the whole stable value with a complete overview in one place. Everyone can check what is planned in the arena and when there is a veterinarian or a farrier coming the next time. The stable has a Facebook group as well. Before they implemented Mosson Stable, all these things were organized in the group and there was no complete overview of what was planned in the arena. If someone wrote in the group that they had a lesson the week after, it would disappear, and people would forget when the day came. It happened quite often that people came with their horse to the arena when there was a lesson. After they implemented Mosson Stable this has never happened. Everyone can check on “planned” in the app, what will happen in the arena.
